Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili conferred the Order of Honor upon Ilia Topuria, a UFC athlete from Georgia.
According to the President’s press service, Ilia Topuria, the victorious contender in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) sub-light weight category, received recognition for his significant personal endeavors in advancing mixed martial arts within Georgia, as well as for his accomplished athletic achievements.
The ceremony took place at the Orbeliani Palace, where President Zurabishvili personally presented the prestigious state accolade to Ilia Topuria.
